Following on from our fantastic Compass Box tasting, we turn to another independent whisky producer. Signatory have been bottling casks from a variety of distilleries since 1988 – and typically choose just a single cask for each limited edition bottling.
Their whiskies have been incredibly well received whenever we’ve included them in a tasting, so we felt a Signatory tasting was long overdue. The bottles we’ve chosen have all reached their prime, having begun life in the last millennium, and the majority are at cask strength – so they should deliver.
