Our tastings are popular and almost always over-subscribed. We usually fill all of the places within a day of a tasting being announced – so if you’d like to attend, don’t delay!
As places are limited, please only reserve places if you’re sure that you (or whoever you’re booking on behalf of) will be able to attend.
If you’re got any questions or concerns, please contact us – we check emails right up until the tasting takes place.
Eventbrite booking system
We’re now using Eventbrite to manage our bookings. This means that you’ll be prompted to either log into or create an Eventbrite account before you can reserve a place at our tastings..
However, we’re keen to keep our costs down so we’re not using online payments (which typically add £2 per ticket), so you won’t need to register any credit card details with Eventbrite to reserve your place.
If you want to bring a group of people, you can either ask everyone to sign up individually or you can book all of the places yourself.
If you’re booking on behalf of a group, just book a separately for each person (using their email address or your own). You’ll see a summary of all of your orders in your Eventbrite tickets list.
If your plans change after you’ve made a reservation, and you’re no longer able to attend, please cancel the relevant order in Eventbrite. Please contact us in the event of any problems.
Our bookings have an automatic waiting list, and you’ll be contacted if a place becomes free.
To join the waiting list for a tasting, use the same procedure as reserving a place. From Eventbrite, click the green “Register” button, then the “Join waitlist” one and follow the instructions.
Please contact us in the event of any problems.
You’ll be automatically emailed and offered a place if/when one becomes free.
Reserving a place is free, as payment for each tasting is in cash on the night. There are cashpoints close to the venue.
You don’t have to be on our mailing list to reserve a place for a tasting, but if you do reserve a place you’ll be added to our mailing list. But don’t worry, there’s a one-click “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. (Please let us know if you’re unhappy with this, and we’ll consider changing this – but it generally works well for most people.)
